Guy Goldstein
Guy Goldstein is the CEO and co-founder of NEXT. As an entrepreneur, he brings nearly two decades of management, strategy and product development experience to his role. With more than $1B in funding and over 500k customers, Guy has led NEXT to become a leading digital insurance company transforming small business insurance. Before NEXT, Guy founded mobile payment company Check (acquired by Intuit for $360M), where he grew the company from zero to 10M members. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business and Computer Science, cum laude, from Tel-Aviv University and served in the Israeli Air Force as a major and fighter pilot.
Nissim Tapiro
Nissim Tapiro is CTO and co-founder at NEXT. He brings over 17 years of experience in consumer product and building financial startups. Nissim previously served as VP of engineering and GM in Israel for Check, a mobile payment company (acquired by Intuit for $360M). Nissim also served in various engineering and product management positions at Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP in 2006). He holds a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics, cum laude, from Tel Aviv University.
Alon Huri
Alon Huri is a founding member and currently serves as an advisor to NEXT Insurance, having previously held the position of Chief Growth Research Officer. Alon played a pivotal role in driving the company's growth, contributing to its expansion and success. Currently, Alon is a partner at Team8, a leading venture capital firm based in Israel. Prior to NEXT, Alon was a founding team member of Check, a mobile bill payment company that served over 10 million users. In 2014, Check was successfully acquired by Intuit for $360 million, further solidifying Alon's track record of success in the industry.
Eran Liron
Eran Liron is the chief strategy officer of NEXT, leading M&A, strategic business development, and corporate strategy. With a PhD from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a background working with global companies, Eran brings extensive experience in acquisition and partnership momentum to the company. Prior to joining NEXT, Eran served as executive vice president of marketing & corporate development at NICE, an enterprise software company with $1.7B in revenue and over 7,000 employees.
Effi Fuks-Leichtag
Effi Fuks-Leichtag is the chief product officer of NEXT, overseeing product management and design. Effi brings extensive experience innovating and scaling organizations to NEXT. Before NEXT, Effi was the VP of consumer products at Yelp, where he managed the company’s consumer growth, core products, search, personalization, and other key initiatives. Before Yelp, Effi founded and led the product management teams at several startups (Fribiz, ExPOS, Kifi. Complete Labs).
Teodora Gouneva
Teodora Gouneva is the chief financial officer at NEXT. With an MBA from Harvard Business School and more than 20 years of experience, Teodora has held senior finance roles at companies disrupting legacy industries, like financial services and travel. She has extensive experience driving business results and excels at creating operational efficiencies. Prior to NEXT, Teodora served as VP of finance at Airbnb and held various finance leadership roles at PayPal.
Chris Rhodes
Chris Rhodes is the chief insurance officer at NEXT. His experience and leadership in the insurance space span more than 20 years, with deep roots in property and casualty insurance. He has a passion for collaboration and engineering new analytics and processes that help teams solve problems. Prior to NEXT, Chris managed $4B in written premiums at Farmers Insurance and oversaw product management and business strategy at MetLife.
