How do I renew or cancel my policy?
Log in to your account to manage your policies.
Renewal:
If eligible for renewal, your policies will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period. We’ll contact you with renewal details 35 to 95 days before your renewal date.
Cancel:
You can cancel your policy/policies anytime:
- Log in.
- Go to the “Coverage” tab and select “My Coverage.”
- Click the three blue dots on the policy you’d like to cancel and select “Cancel Policy.”
- Review the statement, select the cancellation date and reason for cancellation and click “Cancel Coverage.”
- Follow these steps to cancel additional policies individually.
- After canceling, you’ll receive a prorated refund for unused premium. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and should appear on your statement in 5-10 business days.
